Creative Design
Associates (CDA) was formed by Ken Atkins
and Mark Kramm, two nationally recognized experts in
Oracle-based software analysis and development. They
collectively have over 30 years of experience using
the entire range of Oracle products, including instructing
Oracle curriculum to corporate clients. In addition,
Ken and Mark are published authors of several books
on Oracle topics, including Oracle Designer for applications
development and generation and Oracle Designer standards
for enterprise solutions. They are now in the process
of writing a book on Oracle SCM (Software Configuration
Management).
Ken
and Mark joined forces to form CDA with the idea of

Mark
Kramm
Mark Kramm has been involved with Oracle Corporation
since 1992 as a manager of Oracle Designer-based projects
through Oracle Contract Services and Oracle Education,
instructing Oracle Designer courses in the U.S. and
abroad on a contract basis. He is a co-author of Oracle
Designer: A Template For Developing An Enterprise Standards
Document published by Prentice Hall. He has authored
articles published in Oracle Developer Magazine, and
the Oracle Development Tools User Group (ODTUG)
Technical Journal and has presented Oracle Designer
topics at national and international conferences. He
was on the ODTUG board of directors and served as the
Oracle Product Enhancement Chair from 1997 to 2000.

Ken
Atkins
Ken Atkins has over 13 years of experience using Oracle
development tools to successfully design and develop
systems. He is a recognized industry leader in the use
of Oracle Designer and Oracle Developer, and is a co-author
of Oracle Designer Generation published by
Oracle Press. He is also a frequent presenter at national
and international Oracle user conferences. Ken was a
director on the board of the Oracle Development Tools
User Group (ODTUG) and a former Web Chair.

David
Anstey
David A. Anstey is an experienced project manager and
technician with over 15 years of information technology
experience, over 12 of those years in Oracle-based development
efforts. His applications background includes technical
project management experience, junior consultant mentoring,
business development, development of technological strategies,
and significant hands-on development work. David has
written numerous technical articles and one book, High
Performance Oracle8 Object-Oriented Design published
by Coriolis Group. He has extensive knowledge in application
development utilizing Oracle databases and related tools.
David also has database design experience with multiple
products, including Erwin/ERX, UML, and Oracle Designer.
He is experienced in leading and managing business and
process analysis efforts. David currently serves as
the president of the Oracle Development Tools User Group
(ODTUG) .

Marcus
Bacon
Marcus Bacon is a Principal Systems Architect for Creative
Design Associates, which specializes in Oracle Designer
Repository and Modeling Tools training and management
consulting. Since 1989 Marcus has been developing applications
using Oracle Designer with experience in both the private
and public sectors. He is considered an expert in Oracle
Designer Server and Forms Generation and PL/SQL development.
Management experience includes Software Configuration
and Project Management. He is a frequent presenter at
Oracle Development Tools User Group (ODTUG) conferences
and is a contributor to several ODTUG mail lists.
